Answer:

56-x=728+2x

1.) rearrange

56x = 728 + 2x  \\  \ - x + 56 = 728 + 2x

- x + 56 = 728 + 2 x \\  \\  - x + 56 = 2x + 728

2.)subtract 56 on both side

- x + 56 = 2x + 728 \\  \ - x + 56 - 56 = 2x + 728 - 56

3.) simplify

- x = 2x + 672

4.)Subtract 2 on both sides

- x = 2x + 672 \\ \\  - x - 2x = 2x + 672 - 2x

5.) simplify

- x - 2x = 2x + 672 - 2x \\  \\  - 3x = 2x + 672 - 2x \\  \\  - 3x = 672

6.)divide both sides on the same equation

- 3x = 672 \\  \\   \frac{ - 3x}{ - 3} =  \frac{672}{ - 3}

7.) simplify

x =  - 224

8.) answer

x =  - 224

56 - x = 728 + 2x

-x - 2x = 728 - 56

-3x = 672

x = 672/-3

x = -224

Hope that helps. If you have any doubts plz let me know.

On a coordinate plane, rhombus W X Y Z is shown. Point W is at (7, 2), point X is at (5, negative 1), point Y is at (3, 2), and
Otrada [13]

Answer:

P = 4\sqrt{13}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

W = (7, 2)

X = (5, -1)

Y = (3, 2)

Z =(5, 5)

Required

The perimeter

To do this, we first calculate the side lengths using distance formula

d = \sqrt{(x_2 - x_1)^2 + (y_2 - y_1)^2

So, we have:

WX = \sqrt{(5- 7)^2 + (-1 - 2)^2

WX = \sqrt{13}

XY = \sqrt{(3-5)^2 + (2--1)^2}

XY = \sqrt{13}

YZ = \sqrt{(5-3)^2 + (5-2)^2}

YZ = \sqrt{13}

ZW = \sqrt{(7 - 5)^2 + (2 - 5)^2}

ZW = \sqrt{13}

The perimeter is:

P = WX + XY + YZ + ZW

P = \sqrt{13}+\sqrt{13}+\sqrt{13}+\sqrt{13}

P = 4\sqrt{13}

Help me!!! Please and thank you!!!
Novay_Z [31]

Answer:

Third option is correct: 1 / (t+4)^2

Step-by-step explanation:

This equation can be written as the following:

(t+3)/(t+4)*(1/t^2+7t+12)

We know this because of the division of fractions. For example:

(1/y)/(1/x) = (1/y)*(x/1)

Now that we know this, we can advance.

Now we have to try to factor (t^2+7t+12)

We can make this into (t+3)(t+4)

Ah! Perfect! There is a t+3 in the denominator of the first fraction!

We can now cancel these out.

Now our equation looks like this:

(1 / t+4) * (1 / t+4)

This can also be written as 1^2 / (t+4)^2 = 1 / (t+4) ^2

So the correct option is the third one.
