Yes the displacement will be 15 as we know that displacement means an object should move in a way and should come back in the same way making the displacement 0.
But here a rock falls 15m and is not coming back. As there is no coming back in the same way the displacement can’t be written 0. As we can’t write 0 as the displacement,we write the distance covered as displacement(for this type of question)
