Not 100% sure but A seems the most likely answer.

Explanation:

The question is asking where sexual reproduction is more of an advantage and I'd say that having more genetic variation would be caused by sexual reproduction and not as much or at all in asexual reproduction.

with B, C, and D. It wouldn't really be an advantage to do one or the other in this context.
