Physics
1 answer:
mr Goodwill [35]2 years ago
5 0

Explanation:

v=?, u=0, a=?, S=22m.

Using the formula, S=ut+½at²

22={0×5}+(½.a.5²)

22=½.a.5²

a=44/25 = 1.76m/s².

Therefore, net force = work done = ma = 48×1.76 = 84.48N.

therefore, power = work done/time = 84.48/5 = 16.896W.

hope this helps you.

A stone tumbles into a mine shaft strikes bottom after falling for 4.2 seconds. How deep is the mine shaft
ziro4ka [17]
d = u \times t \: + \frac{1}{2} \times a \times {t}^{2}
Since initial velocity is zero hence , u = 0

=> d = 1/2 * a * t2

d = 0.5 \times 9.8 \times {4.2}^{2}
on solving we get

d = 86.436 metres

Note ; Here Gravitational Acceleration is take as , g = 9.8 m/s2

How does increasing the amount of charge on an object affect the electric force it exerts on another charged object?
gregori [183]

Hi Mandy!

Question - How does increasing the amount of charge on an object affect the electric force it exerts on another charged object?

Answer - The electric force increases because the amount of charge has a direct relationship to the force.

Why - The affect that the force exerts on another object that is also charge is becase the fact that when the electric force increases is when the charge is direct with the object with the force.

Hope This Helps :)

Human fingers are very sensitive, detecting vibrations with amplitudes as low as 2.0x10^-5m. Consider a sound wave with a wavele
Kobotan [32]

Answer:

18,850 Hz

Explanation:

We need to figure out the wavelength of the sound wave.

Thus,

Wavelength = 1000 * Lowest Amplitude Wave

Wavelength = 1000 * 2.0 * 10^(-5)

Wavelength = 0.02

Or,

\lambda=0.02

Now, we need the frequency of this wave. It goes by the formula:

f=\frac{v}{\lambda}

Where

f is the frequency in Hz

v is the speed of sound in air (to be 377 m/s)

\lambda is the wavelength (we found to be 0.02)

Substituting, we find the frequency:

f=\frac{v}{\lambda}\\f=\frac{377}{0.02}\\f=18850

The wave has frequency of 18,850 Hz

If a car accelerates from 0 to 10 m/s in 4 seconds, and the mass of the car is 1500 kg. What force is created by the car?
Minchanka [31]

Answer:

PLS MARK BRAINLIEST

Explanation:

f=m (v- u)/t

u=0m/s

v=10m/s

t=4 secs

m=1500kg

f=1500(10-0)/4

f=3750N
