Actually, mass can change, but it cannot be created nor destroyed, so this means that if sugar goes into a physical change, mass CAN be broken off but CANNOT be destroyed, so your answer is yes mass is conserved. <span />

ANEK [815]
The negative ion reactions that consist of the formation of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is generally an exothermic reaction. By definition, an exothermic reaction takes place when the chemical process eventually releases heat as its by-product. It is in contrast in endothermic process wherein heat is absorbed.

What is the wavelength of a 2500 kg truck traveling at a rate of 75km/h?
Pepsi [2]

m = mass of the truck traveling = 2500 kg

v = speed of the truck traveling = 75 km/h = 75 (km/h) (1000 m/ 1 km) (1 h /3600 sec) = 20.83 m/s

h = plank's constant = 6.63 x 10⁻³⁴

λ = wavelength of truck = ?

according to de broglie's principle, wavelength of truck is given as

λ = h/(mv)

inserting the values in the above equation

λ = (6.63 x 10⁻³⁴)/((2500) (20.83))

λ = 1.3 x 10⁻³⁸ m
