Answer:

See below:

Step-by-step explanation:

So, since we aren't given any options, there isn't a limit to what it is.

But, assuming you said fraction benchmark it has to be somewhere between 1/2 2/3 3/4 etc.

Now, we can convert the fractions to their equivalent decimal form

1/2 = 0.5

2/3 = 0.66 repeating.

3/4 = 0.75

Now, we can see that 0.58 is 8 units away from 0.66

We can see that it is also 8 units away from 0.5.

But, seeing to that 2/3 is 0.66 with a ton of sixes, it would in theory be away by 8.66 compared to 8 from 0.5

Therefore, we get the closest benchmark is 1/2 (0.5)

Answer choices:

A and T are points. On their own, they cannot define a line. So we can rule out choice A

WCR and TRA are angles. For any triple the points do not fall on the same straight line. So we cannot define any lines here. This crosses off choice B

Choice C is the answer because WC does define a line. We only need two points to form a line. Similarly CR does the same job. We draw a line marker with two arrows at each end to be placed over the letters to indicate "line".

Choice D is similar to choice D; however, it is not the answer because WT is the same line as WC. In other words, WC = WT. We haven't named a new line at all. We're simply repeating ourselves.

<h3>             Perimeter = 3√5 + 6 + √73 + √58 + 5√2</h3>

Step-by-step explanation:

AB=\sqrt{(6-0)^2+(5-8)^2}=\sqrt{36+9}=\sqrt{45}=3\sqrt5\\\\BC=|-1-5|=|-6|=6\\\\CD=\sqrt{(-2-6)^2+(-4-(-1))^2}=\sqrt{64+9}=\sqrt{73}\\\\DE=\sqrt{(-5-(-2))^2+(3-(-4))^2}=\sqrt{9+49}=\sqrt{58}\\\\EA=\sqrt{(0-(-5))^2+(8-3)^2}=\sqrt{25+25}=\sqrt{25\cdot2}=5\sqrt2
