N = mg cosθ, the normal reaction
μN = μmg cosθ, the frictional force resisting motion down the inclined plane.
mg sinθ = the force driving the block down the inclined plane.

Therefore
mg sinθ = μmgcosθ
tanθ = μ = 0.2
