The difference between an electrician and an electrical engineer is the way of working towards a common electrical project.

What is an engineer?

An engineer is a person who performs a function like designing, building, or maintaining engines, machines, or structures.

Electrical engineers and electricians both commonly involved in the process of creating and installing critical electrical systems.

An electrical engineer can design electronics and is familiar with the working of electrical parts.

An electrician is much more like a builder. They take the designs from electrical engineer and follow them to create, repair, or revise actual electrical systems.

Thus, the difference between an electrician and an electrical engineer is the way of working towards a common electrical project.

ELEN [110]
Well, first of all, I don't think "After the collapse of a nebular cloud ..."
is the first time that "atoms begin gravitating together". Seems to me like
that's what was going on all the time, and it's what caused the nebular cloud
to collapse in the first place.

In any case, once the pressure and temperature at the center get high enough,
you get "ignition" of nuclear fusion, and that's when you first have a "star".

-Capillaries are blood vessels that connect the veins and arteries and are part of the circulatory system.

-Tonsils and adenoids are located in the throat and they help protect the body from diseases and they are part of immune system and the lympathic system.

-Veins are the vessels that take the blood to the heart and they are part of the circulatory system.
