You have to know a great deal more about where Q and Q' are before you can say much of anything. The problem is listed a s a middle school problem so you are likely permitted to go by the way it looks, but that is not a habit that I would continue using.

So if the triangles SQR and S'Q'R' are congruent, and if they are orientated exactly the same way which means that the distance between QQ' and RR' is a constant (and those are big ifs), then you can claim that QQ' is parallel to the other two lines. Is it the same length as the other two? Again, you obtained the other two by measurement. It looks like SQR and S'Q'R' are equilateral and if that is correct then yes they lengths are all equal. But your marker could do just about anything with this question.

If you have a person marking this, talk it over with them. I say QQ' is equal and parallel to the other two, but don't be surprised if it is wrong.

Two sides of a rectangle are 10 and 6cm each. Calculate the area of a square with the same perimeter as that of the rectangle
KengaRu [80]

Answer: 64 cm ²

Step-by-step explanation:

The perimeter of this rectangle will be:

= 2 * Length + 2 * Width

= 2 * 10 + 2 * 6

= 20 + 12

= 32 cm

The square has the same perimeter. Squares have 4 equal sides so each side of the square must be:

= 32 / 4

= 8 cm

Area = Length * Width

= 8 * 8

= 64 cm ²

Determine the slope of the linear function.

f(8)=-1 and f(2)=3
viktelen [127]
We can calculate the slope by using the slope formula!

\frac{y_2 - y_1}{x_2 - x_1}

We now just plug in our values which are:

\frac{8+1}{3-2}=9

What element is often found on pie charts
pogonyaev
A common element or description on a pie chart is a percentage. The reason is that percentages are given as a part out of a total (100%). Pie charts are used to see how individual parts compare to the whole, so percents are often times used to show this.

What is the square root of 200?
aalyn [17]
20. The question is what can be multiplied by itself to get 200, because that's what a square root is. And in this case, 20×20=200.
