I think the correct answer is the first option. The correct order of the liquids from least to greatest viscosity would be O2, C3H8, H2O, C24H50. Liquid oxygen would be the substance with the least viscosity since it has the bonds present is weakest as compared to the other substances. C24H50 would have the greatest viscosity as it has the most bonds present and would be much stronger to break. Comparing the viscosities of water and C3H8, we would find that C3H8 would be less viscous with as value of  5.38x10^-6 Pa-s and for water, 8.90 × 10−4 Pa-s. Comparing the bonds of water and C3H8, water would have stronger bonds due to hydrogen bonding.
