Missing in your question: ΔH=  -92.22 KJ.mol^-1 and the reaction equation is :
N2(g) +3H2(g)⇄2NH3(g)
So according to this formula:
㏑(K2/K1) = -ΔH/R (1/T2 - 1/T1)
when we have ΔH= 92.22 KJ.mol^-1 & K2= X & K1= 6.8X10^5 & T1= 298 K &
T2=375 K & R constant= 8.314
So by substitution we can get the value of K2
㏑(X/6.8x10^5) = 92.22/8.314 (1/375 - 1/298)
∴X= 6.75X10^5
∴K2 = 6.75X10^5

Answer is: K <span>be for the reaction at 375 K is 326.
</span>Chemical reaction: N₂(g) + 3H₂(g) ⇌ 2NH₃(g); ΔH = -92,22 kJ/mol.
T₁<span><span> = 298 K
</span>T</span>₂<span><span> = 375 K
</span><span>Δ<span>H = -92,22 kJ/mol = -92220 J/mol.
R = 8,314 J/K</span></span></span>·mol.<span>
K</span>₁ = 6,8·10⁵.<span>
K</span>₂ = ?The van’t Hoff equation: ln(K₂/K₁) = -ΔH/R(1/T₂ - 1/T₁).
ln(K₂/6,8·10⁵) = 92220 J/mol / 8,314 J/K·mol (1/375K - 1/298K).
ln(K₂/6,8·10⁵) = 11092,13 · (0,00266 - 0,00335).
ln(K₂/6,8·10⁵) = -7,64.
K₂/680000= 0,00048
K₂ = 326,4.

Anarel [89]

Answer: Option (c) is the correct answer.

Explanation:

When current passes through a wire then a magnetic field is formed. Therefore, when two wires carry current in the same direction then both the wires with have respective magnetic fields in the same direction and their total magnetic field will be large.

But when current between two wires flow in opposite direction then the magnetic field produced will also be in opposite direction. Therefore, both the magnetic fields cancel each other out. Thus, total magnetic field will be small.

As a result, wires which carry current in the opposite direction repel each other.

When 28.0 g of acetylene reacts with hydrogen, 24.5 g of ethane is produced. What is the percent yield of C2H6 for the reaction?
Afina-wow [57]

Answer:

Y=75.6\%

Explanation:

Hello.

In this case, since no information about the reacting hydrogen is given, we can assume that it completely react with the 28.0 g of acetylene to yield ethane. In such a way, via the 1:1 mole ratio between acetylene (molar mass = 26 g/mol) and ethane (molar mass = 30 g/mol), we compute the yielded grams, or the theoretical yield of ethane as shown below:

m_{C_2H_6}^{theoretical}=28.0gC_2H_2*\frac{1molC_2H_2}{26gC_2H_2}*\frac{1molC_2H_6}{1molC_2H_2}  *\frac{30gC_2H_6}{1molC_2H_6}\\ \\m_{C_2H_6}^{theoretical}=32.3gC_2H_6

Hence, by knowing that the percent yield is computed via the actual yield (24.5 g) over the theoretical yield, we obtain:

Y=\frac{24.5g}{32.3g}*100\%\\ \\Y=75.6\%

Best regards.
