First, it all depends on how much money is in the pocket. You would add all of the money up and divide by how much there is then, change that into a fraction.. Then you would get your answer. For example lets say yo have a pocket with 5 pennies, 8 nickels, and 3 dimes. You add up the amount of coins, which is 16 coins. You pull out 4 coins, there is a 3/16 chance you would get 3 dimes.
Hope i helped.

Answer:

25

Step-by-step explanation:

remember that the pythagorean theorem is a²+b²=c²

so this equation would be:

7²+24²=c²

solve the exponents

49 + 576 = c²

combine like terms

625 = c²

take the radical of each number

√625 = √c²

25 = c

Sums of series, Maths. Any help appreciated.
Andrej [43]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Well, a series in math is simply the sum of the various numbers, or elements of a sequence. For example, to make a series from the sequence of the first five positive integers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, just add them up. So, 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 15 is a series.

that all what i know i am really sorry bro but that is what i understand !

Viktor [21]

Answer:

x=2\sqrt{5}

Step-by-step explanation:

If that is a square, then all sides are the same. Therefore, it's a \sqrt{10} by \sqrt{10} shape. We'll use Pythagorean Theorem to find the diagonal.

a^2+b^2=c^2\\\sqrt{10}^2+ \sqrt{10}^2=x^2\\10+10=x^2\\20=x^2\\\sqrt{20}=x\\\sqrt{4*5}=x\\ 2\sqrt{5}=x

Since it's not a fraction, there is no denominator to rationalize. Let me know if you have any other questions!

A train leaves a point A at 5 pm and reach another point B at 11 pm. Another train leaves point B at 7 pm and reach point A at 1
Alexus [3.1K]
Answer: I think the two trains meet at 9pm

Explanation: A=train a B=train b

If A is traveling for 6 hours and B is traveling for 3 hours, then you minus 3 hours from A, so you are left with 3 hours. Convert that into time, and you are left with 9pm!

Hope this helps! :)
