How does water affect the coastal climate?

Physics

Coastal climates mostly have to do with ocean currents, Imagine ocean currents like a river. Its contently moving around. In areas like Antarctica it transports the cold water which also carries cold air to the places where its current reaches. And in hot places like Florida it transports the hot water as well as the hot air around. This is why places around the equators ocean line is hot because it transports the hot air around by the currents. Please thanks if this helps!

A strip of copper 150 µm thick and 4.50 mm wide is placed in a uniform magnetic field of magnitude B = 0.74 T, that is perpendic
Sophie [7]

Answer:

V = 6.55*10^{-6} v

Explanation:

The number density can be determined by using below formula:

n = \frac{Bi}{Vle}

where,

B  is uniform magnetic field 0.74

i is current 18 A

V is hall potential difference

l is thickness 150 MICRO METER

e is electron charge 1.6 *10^{-19} C

therefore V can be determined as

V = \frac{iB}{nle}

V = \frac{18*0.74}{8.47*10^{28}*150*10^{-6}*1.6 *10^{-19}}

V = 6.55*10^{-6} v

Using the 2nd equation of motion;

= 40 = u×2 + ½ × 6 × 2²

= 40 = 2u + 3 × 4

= 40 - 12 = 2u

Q2. You push a crate up a ramp with a force of 10 N. Despite your pushing, the crate slides down the ramp 4 m. How much work did
Ksivusya [100]

Answer:

40 J

Explanation:

From the question given above, the following data were obtained:

Force (F) = 10 N

Distance (s) = 4 m

Workdone (Wd) =?

Work done is simply defined as the product of force and distance moved in the direction of the force. Mathematically, we can express the Workdone as:

Workdone = force × distance

Wd = F × s

With the above formula, we can obtain the workdone as follow:

Force (F) = 10 N

Distance (s) = 4 m

Workdone (Wd) =?

Wd = F × s

Wd = 10 × 4

Wd = 40 J

Thus, 40 J of work was done.

Of the following approximate conversions of celsius into fahrenheit, which is most accurate? a. 24°c almost-equals 75.9°f b. 2°c
Softa [21]

The most accurate among the options is 13°c almost-equals 55.0°f, when you round down 55.4, you get 55.0

Hence, option D) is the most accurate.

<h3>What is Scale of Temperature?</h3>

Scale of temperature is simply a method used in calibrating the physical quantity of temperature in metrology.

Conversion of Celsius into Fahrenheit, Formula is expressed as;

Degree = (0 × 9/5) + 32 = Fahrenheit

First we check each option;

A) 24°c almost-equals 75.9°f

24°C = (24 × 9/5) + 32 = 75.2°F

B) 2°C almost-equals 35.8°f

2°C = (2 × 9/5) + 32 = 35.6°F

C) 34°C almost-equals 92.7°f

34°C = (34 × 9/5) + 32 = 93.2°F

D) 13°c almost-equals 55.0°f

13°C = (13 × 9/5) + 32 = 55.4°F

The most accurate among the options is 13°c almost-equals 55.0°f, when you round down 55.4, you get 55.0

Hence, option D) is the most accurate.
