Explanation:

The order of positive mesomeric effect (+M) is as follows

F>Cl>Br>I.

This implies that electron density in the respective Halobenzene is of the order

Fluorobenzene > Chlorobenzene > Iodobenzene.

This means that electrophilic aromatic substitution will also follow the same order, more the electron density more will be chances of electrophilic aromatic substitution. This means  fluorobenzene is more reactive than chlorobenzene toward electrophilic aromatic substitution

However, methyl group is attached in ring, beacuse of starric hindrance, chloromethylbenzene is more reactive than fluoromethylbenzene.

Suppose two chemicals are reacted together. It takes 1000 kJ of energy to break the bonds of the reactants and 850 kJ of energy
Deffense [45]
The true statement is :
B.The reaction will need an external energy source to proceed. It requires 150kJ more for it to take place. The difference between the energy consumed and the energy produced is 150kJ.

Please help me find the potential energy and explain
Kaylis [27]

Answer:

PE ( Potential Energy ) = Mass x Gravity x Height

Explanation:

For the first one you would do.

.28 ( mass) x 9.8 ( constant of gravity ) x .40m ( height )

So just multiply your Mass, Gravity and Height together and you will get Potential Energy

Gravity is always 9.8 m/s
