I looked up the speed of sound in water ... you could have done it,
but I did it for you.  It said 1,484 m/s ... I don't know if that's for fresh
water or sea water, but for 5 points I'm not going to worry about it.

                 Time  =  (800 meters) x (1 sec / 1,484 meters)          

                           =      (800 x 1,484)  seconds

                           =          0.539 second  .      (rounded)

The first choice on the list is the closest one.
