Young people do have the ability to initiate a positive change in their community. Depending where they live they could always g

ive back by completing some type of community service. Some examples are setting up a beach or park clean-up, volunteering at a soup kitchen or organizing a fundraiser or a food drive for the local homeless shelter.

Yes what you said is true. But many of the young people today aren't really doing that. Most of them focus on parties and social media.

Yes, young people have that ability. However, many of them do not use their ability wisely, and instead of contributing to their community, they only take.

hope this helps

How do you think electricity was discovered
sasho [114]
Italian physicist Alessandro Volta discovered that particular chemical reactions could produce electricity, and in 1800 he constructed the voltaic pile (an early electric battery) that produced a steady electric current, and so he was the first person to create a steady flow of electrical charge.

If f(x) = -x2+x-1 then value of f(f(2)) is
qaws [65]

Answer:

<u>-13</u>

Explanation:

<u>Function</u>

  • f(x) = -x² + x - 1

<u>Solving</u>

  • Substitute 2 in place of x
  • f(2) = -(2)² + 2 - 1
  • f(2) = -4 + 2 - 1
  • f(2) = -3
  • f(f(2)) = f(-3)
  • f(-3) = -(-3)² - 3 - 1
  • f(-3) = -9 - 3 - 1
  • f(f(2)) = <u>-13</u>

You are given five transparent objects: a calcite crystal, a diamond, a piece of window glass, a sample of quartz, and a piece o
blsea [12.9K]

Answer:

Explanation:

The calcite Crystal can be identified by carrying out an acid test on it. This is done by bringing it in contact with a weak acid which cause crack in it structure. Hence a little of carbondioxide gas is released.

Since diamond is the hardest object,it can be identified on a Mohs scale. Likewise it can be tested by bringing it in contact with a newspaper, if the letters on the paper are not seen, that shows it is a pure diamond.

Window glass is identified by the code on it.

While Quartz Crystal is identified by scratch test. When it is used to scratch all other softer stones and metal, it leaves mark on them.

Wolfgang pauli hypothesized an exclusion principle. This principle says two electrons in an atom cannot have the same what?.
Pani-rosa [81]

No two electrons in an atom or molecule may have the same four electronic quantum numbers, according to the Pauli Exclusion Principle. Only two electrons can fit into an orbital at a time, hence they must have opposing spins.

<h3>What is Pauli's exclusion principle ?</h3>

According to Pauli's exclusion principle, two electrons cannot share the same orbital and must have anti-parallel or opposite spins. Example: Two bonded electrons in a neutral helium atom achieve the opposite spin to occupy the lowest-energy () states.

  • It is known as the exclusion principle because, in accordance with it, all other electrons in an atom are excluded from having the same set of specific values for the four quantum numbers as one electron in the atom.

If an object of mass 70kg falls from a height of 500 m, what is the maximum velocity of the object?
Umnica [9.8K]

Answer:

H = 1/2 * g * t^2     since initial velocity is zero

v = g * t    where v is the final velocity

t = v / g

H = 1/2 g * v^2 / g^2 = 1/2 v^2 / g

v = (2 * H * g)^1.2

v = (2 * 500 * 9.8)^1/2 = 99 m/s

Check: t = v / g = 99 / 9.8 = 10.1 sec

H = 1/2 * 9.8 * 10.1^2 = 500 m
