Alright, let's see. Keep in mind I don't learn health really much at school so I'm not the best. In my opinion, I think it would be an answer that is fifteen something. I'm saying this since of basic math. 60 ÷ 4 = 15. Now I need to think what would be the best answers out of all of these closest to what I might think..

My final answer is..

Fifteen-twentieths.

I apologize badly if this is incorrect. If you don't feel comfortable with this answer you may put another answer. I recommend the answers that say "Fifteen" in front of them though. I sound so wrong-
