Answer:

Part a)

m = 232.1 gram

Part b)

M = 928.6 gram

Explanation:

Part a)

As we know that frequency of vibration for a given spring block system is given by formula

f = \frac{1}{2\pi}\sqrt{\frac{k}{m}}

so if it is given as 0.90 Hz then we will have

0.90Hz = \frac{1}{2\pi}\sqrt{\frac{k}{m}}

Now if additional mass is attached with it the frequency changed to 0.50 Hz

0.50 Hz = \frac{1}{2\pi}\sqrt{\frac{k}{m + 520}}

now divide two equations

\frac{0.90}{0.50} = \sqrt{\frac{m + 520}{m}}

3.24m = m + 520

m = 232.1 g

Part b)

Now the frequency is changed to 0.45 Hz

so again we will have

0.45 Hz = \frac{1}{2\pi}\sqrt{\frac{k}{M}}

again divide it with first equation above

\frac{0.90}{0.45} = \sqrt{\frac{M}{m}}

as we know that m = 232.1 g

so total mass needed for 0.45 Hz will be

M = 928.6 gram

If the angle of incidence is 30°, degrees what is the angle of reflection?
algol13

Answer:

Angle of reflection = 30°

Explanation:

One of the laws of reflection is that the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection.

The angle at which the light strikes the mirror is called the angle of incidence while the angle at which the light gets reflected back is called angle of reflection.

In this case, the angle of incidence is 30 degrees. So, we can say that the angle of reflection is also equal to 30 degrees.

mr. tolman believes that our universe is expanding, but with all of the gravitational force from the celestial bodies of space,
marishachu [46]
Based on the description, it will be most likely that he believes in Oscillating model (also known as Cyclic model) of the universe

Based on this model, the gravitational force will prevent further expansion by pulling back the matters and undergo a bounce

hope this helps

Answer:

(E) Second law of thermodynamics

Explanation:

The second law of thermodynamics can be understood according to Clausius' words: In an isolated system, no process can occur if a decrease in the total entropy of the system is associated with it. These processes are associated with energy transformations, in which a variable is introduced, called entropy that indicates the notion of disorder. Therefore, in any isolated process, the disorder can only grow.
