Efficiency of the engine is 33 %

We have to find the output energy of the engine. Efficiency of the engine is given by the ratio of output energy to the input energy i.e

\eta=\dfrac{E_o}{E_i}

\dfrac{33}{100}=\dfrac{E_o}{600\ J}

E_o=\dfrac{33\times 6000}{100}=1980\ J

or E_o=2000\ J

Hence, this is the required solution.
