Answer : The volume of the liquid suspension required are, 2.5 milliliters.

Explanation : Given,

Mass of ampicillin = 0.125 g

First we have to convert the mass of ampicillin into milligram.

Conversion used : (1 g = 1000 mg)

As, 1 gram of ampicillin = 1000 milligram of ampicillin

So, 0.125 gram of ampicillin = \frac{0.125g}{1g}\times 1000mg=125mg of ampicillin

The mass of ampicillin = 125 mg

Now we have to calculate the volume of liquid suspension.

As, 250 mg of ampicillin contain in 5.0 ml of liquid suspension

So, 125 mg of ampicillin contain in \frac{125mg}{250mg}\times 5.0ml=2.5ml of liquid suspension

Therefore, the volume of the liquid suspension required are, 2.5 milliliters.

0.125 g=(0.125 g)(1000 mg/1g)=125 mg.

Then, we need 125 mg of ampicillin.
5 ml of  liquid suspension contains 250 mg of ampicilling , therefore:

5 ml----------------250 mg of ampicilling
x--------------------125 mg of ampicilling

x=(5 ml * 125 mg of ampicilling) / 250 mg of ampicilling=2.5 ml

Answer: we require 2.5 ml

Dalam ruang 1 liter, gas metana (ch4) direaksikan dengan 6 mol uap air sesuai reaksi:ch4(
kakasveta [241]

In the space of 1 liter, methane gas (ch4) is reacted with 6 moles of water vapor according to the reaction: if at equilibrium state is obtained 4 moles of hydrogen gas, how many moles of methane gas is needed for the equilibrium reaction?

the reaction is

CH4(g)  + 2H2O(g)  ----> CO2(g)   + 4H2 (g)

Kc = 16 / 3

Kc = [CO2] [H2]^4 / [CH4] [H2O]^2

given :

equilibrium concentration

[H2] = 4 moles

so equilibrium concentration of CO2 must be 1 mole

equilibrium concentration of H2O = 6 - 2 = 4

putting values

16 /3 =  [1] [4]^4 / [CH4] [4]^2

[CH4] = 0.333 moles

so moles of CH4 required = 1.33 moles

How are chemical bonds important in metabolism?
mixas84 [53]
Chemical bonds are broken to supply us with energy. Without bonds, and our ability to break them, the food we eat would not supply us with energy.

PI3Cl2 is a nonpolar molecule. Based on this information, determine the I−P−I bond angle, the Cl−P−Cl bond angle, and the I−P−Cl
alexdok [17]

Answer: Yes I-P-Cl = 90

Explanation:

This is because the angle formed between I-P-Cl is perpendicular hence the angle is 90°

For the reaction 2 s (s) + 3 o2 (g) → 2 so3 (g), how much so3 can be produced from 4 g o2 and excess s? 1. 0.25 mol so3 2. 0.13
igor_vitrenko [27]
The balanced equation for the above reaction is as follows;
2S + 3O₂ --> 2SO₃
Stoichiometry of O₂ to SO₃ is 3:2
O₂ is the limiting reactant and S is provided in excess. since O₂ is the limiting reactant, the whole amount is consumed in the reaction and amount of product formed depends on amount of limiting reactant present.
Number of O₂ moles reacted- 4 g / 32 g/mol = 0.125 mol
3 mol of O₂ forms 2 mol of SO₃
therefore when 0.125 mol of O₂ reacts number of SO₃ moles - 2/3 x 0.125 mol
Number of SO₃ moles formed - 0.0833 mol
Answer is 4) 0.08 mol
