Solids and liquids have volumes thatdo not change easily. A gas, on the other hand, has a vol- ume thatchanges to match the volume of its container. The molecules in a gas are very far apart compared with the molecules in a solid or a liquid. The amount of space between the molecules in a gas can change easily.

Describe 3 natural resources that are formed and distributed around the world.
joja [24]

Explanation:

3 Earth's many natural resources, including oil, water, soil, minerals, wind, and sunlight, are unevenly distributed on Earth's surface. In other words, resources are concentrated in specific places because of the processes by which they form.

When plates collide or undergo subduction (that is – ride one over another), the plates tend to buckle and fold, forming mountains. Most of the major continental mountain ranges are associated with thrusting and folding or orogenesis. Examples are the Balkan Mountains, the Jura and the Zagros mountains.

1truth, there are three ways in which mountains are formed, which correspond to the types of mountains in question. These are known as volcanic, fold and block mountains

Did education decline during the Renaissance
spin [16.1K]

No, education actually increased during the Renaissance. It was a time where people were discovering the philosophical nature of things, and were putting it into writing and such. The Renaissance was a time period where more and more people considered introspective ideas and more people studied topics such as art, science, mathematics, technology, music, and warfare.

How many moles of oxygen molecules are present in 112ml of co2 at NTP?
dexar [7]

In each mole of carbon dioxide there will be one mole of O₂.

Let us calculate the moles of carbon dioxide gas present first

The conditions are NTP it means , Temperature = 293 K and P = 1 atm

We will use ideal gas equation

PV= nRT

Where

P = Pressure of gas = 1 atm

V= 112mL=0.112L

R= gas constant =0.0821 L atm /mol K

n = moles = ?

Putting values

moles=\frac{PV}{RT}=\frac{1X0.112}{0.0821X293}

moles = 0.00466

Thus moles of carbon dioxide will be 0.00466

The moles of O₂ = 0.00466
