Cu2S is the one that is going to form a precipitate and Cu(NO3)2 will not form a precipitate because it is soluble. It is a fact that those that are insoluble will form a precipitate. I hope that this is the answer that you were looking for and the answer has actually come to your desired help.

Which of these outcomes is conclusive evidence that mixing sugar in water is a physical change
Bogdan [553]

Mixing water and sugar is a physical change. A physical change is just a change in the form of the substance, whereas a chemical change is when the substance itself changes… chemically. An easy way to figure out which is which is trying to "undo" the change. If it can be undone, it is physical.

What quantity can be calculated for a solid compound, given only the formula of the compound and the periodic table of elements
gavmur [86]
When you have both of these ( The periodic table of elements and the formula of your compound) you are able to calculate the R.M.M ( Relative atomic mass) of that compound.
For example the formula of a NaCl ( Table salt ) has the elemnt Na and Cl.
We look at the atomic mass of both of these compounds
Na - 23
Cl - 35.5
R.M.M = 23 +35.5 = 58.5
Hope this helps :).

What is Aldol condensation?

Aldol condensation is a reaction that involves two aldehydes or two ketones or an aldehyde and a ketone. This reaction occurs at the carbonyl group as one of the carbonyl compounds is in the enolate form.

The product of the reaction is shown in the image attached. This gives the mechanism for the Aldol condensation of the compound 3‑methylbutanal.
