Explanation:

I disagree that HPV vaccines should be mandatory to both male and female teenagers because It should be the persons choice to have a vaccine not someone else's because everyone is there own opinion especially being a teenager you have to make your own choices.

I think parents are hesitant to get their children vaccinated because parents choose not to immunize their children against the HPV due to concerns that vaccination would encourage or support youth sexual activity.
