Answer:

Kps = 6.56e⁻⁹

Explanation:

This is a solubility equilibrium

PbI₂ (s) ⇄ Pb²⁺ + 2I⁻

Expression for Kc will be:

[I⁻]² . [Pb²⁺] / [PbI₂]

But we do not have to consider the solid. It does not have a physical sense. Amount of solid without dissolving, doesn't affect the ions concentrations.

We talk about Kps (Constant for solubility product)

Kps = [I⁻]² . [Pb²⁺]

Kps = (0.00081)² . 0.01 → 6.56x10⁻⁹

Calculate the amount of grams of water that was used when 5525J of energy was used to boil this amount of water.
djverab [1.8K]

Answer:

2.445 g

Explanation:

Step 1: Given and required data

 • Energy in the form of heat required to boil the water (Q): 5525 J
 • Latent heat of vaporization of water (∆H°vap): 2260 J/g
 • Mass of water (m): ?

Step 2: Calculate the mass of water

We will use the following expression.

Q = ∆H°vap × m

m = Q / ∆H°vap

m = 5525 J / (2260 J/g)

m = 2.445 g

BRAINLIEST

What is kinetic energy? Give an example of kinetic energy.
Natalija [7]
Kinetic energy is is the energy of mass in motion basically the kinetic energy of an object is the energy it has because of its motion an example of kinetic energy would be, well let’s say you have a ball and you let that ball fall the potential energy then converts into kinetic energy or the energy associated with the motion and there are five types of kinetic energy like (radiant and thermal and sound and electrical and mechanical! Hopefully this help!
