<h2>Answer:1.04M</h2>

Explanation:

Molarity is defined as the ratio of number of moles of solute per litre of solution.

Let molarity be M.

Given mass of KNO_{3}=74.5g

Weight of K is 39g

Weight of N is 14g

Weight of O is 16g

Molar mass of KNO_{3}=39+14+3(16)=101g

Let n be the number of moles of solute.

n=\frac{given mass}{molar mass}=\frac{74.5}{101}=0.73

Let v be the volume of solution.

Given,v=700mL=0.7L

M=\frac{n}{v}=\frac{0.73}{0.7}=1.04M

Which choice is an example of an endothermic process?
77julia77 [94]

Answer: conversion of ice to steam

Explanation: Endothermic process is one in which energy is absorbed by the system.

Conversion of ice to steam is change of solid phase to gaseous phase, thus energy is required to break the strong inter molecular forces of attraction in solids to convert it into gaseous phase.

Conversion of steam to ice, conversion of steam to water  and conversion of water to ice releases energy and are examples of exothermic processes.

The acid dissociation constant ka for an unknown acid ha is 4.57 x 10^-3 what is the base dissociation constant kb for th econju
SashulF [63]

Answer:

2.19 x 10^-12.

Explanation:-

The relation between Ka and Kb for an acid and it's conjugate base is

Ka x Kb = Kw where Kw = ionic product of water.

So Kb = 10^-14 / (4.57 x 10 ^ -3)

= 2.19 x 10^-12
