Water is always moving around, unless it is trapped in ice for long periods of time.
The water cycle represents how water is always moving.
Water accumulates in clouds and then falls to the earth as rain. It accumulates in bodies of water and eventually evaporates back IP into the atmosphere. Water is always moving, whether it be inside animals, plants, or stuck in ice.

Water is continuously moving from phase to phase through the water cycle. If the water is in the form of liquid in a lake, it is either moving with water currents or freezing or evaporating, which moves it to the next part of the cycle. If it's in the form of clouds, more and more water is being collected from water that evaporated below until the clouds are dense enough it begins to rain or hail (depending on the temperature), where it returns to the ground and changes into a liquid state again. The water cycle never ends, it just keeps repeating over and over again. That's what is meant by water is always moving.

T/F. When a molecule contains three bonds and a single lone pair attached to the central atom, the molecular geometry is trigona
lesantik [10]

Answer:

False

Explanation:

In chemistry, trigonal planar is a molecular geometry model with one atom at the center and three atoms at the corners of an equilateral triangle, called peripheral atoms, all in one plane. In an ideal trigonal planar species, all three ligands are identical and all bond angles are 120°.

Meaning there shouldn't be any lone pair.

Look up "Structure of a trigonal planar molecule" for a visual

So it is false.

Answer:

B. Spring balance - a device used for measuring the weight or force of gravity acting on an object.

Explanation:

A Force is any interaction that changes the motion or position of an obkpjectbthatbit is interacting with. Whenever there is an interaction between two objects, there is a force exerted by each of the objects on one themselves.

Forces are generally divided into contact forces and non-contact over field forces.

In contact forces, the two objects physically in contact with each other. Examples of contact forces are push or pull forces, frictional forces, tensional forces, spring forces, etc.

Non-contact forces are forces in which the two objects interacting do no need to be physically in contact with one another. Examples include, gravitational forces, magnetic forces, electrical forces, etc.

Instruments used in measuring forces are known as force gauges.

From the instruments listed above:

A. A ruler is an instrument used in measuring length

B. Spring balance is a device used for measuring the weight or force of gravity acting on an object.

C. A thermometer is an instrument used in measuring temperature

D. A windbvane is an instrument used in measuring wind direction.
