Given:

An ideal gas expands at constant pressure:

P = 105 pascals
V1 = 1 m3
V2 = 4 m3

then, the gas is compressed to 1/3 of the pressure and volume 2.50 m3.

Work at constant pressure:

W = PΔV

W = 105 pascals * (4 m3 - 1 m3)
W = 315 Joules

Work at constant volume is zero.

Answer:

B is right at first I thought I was wrong

Explanation:

Newton's first law states that every object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless compelled to change its state by the action of an external force. This tendency to resist changes in a state of motion is inertia.

Particle motion in surface waves is __________ motion.
gulaghasi [49]

Answer;

B.)neither longitudinal nor transverse

Explanation;

 • Longitudinal waves are waves in which the vibration of particles is parallel to the direction of the wave motion.
 • Transverse waves on the other hand are those waves in which the vibration of particles is perpendicular to the direction of the wave motion.
 • In surface waves particles in the medium of transmission move in a circular motion. Therefore, they are neither transverse waves nor longitudinal waves.

Given:

Distance travel towards north = 3 meter

Distance travel towards south = 6 meter

Find:

Total distance traveled

Computation:
