Answer:

709.93 kg/m³

Explanation:

Density: This can be defined as the ratio of the mass of a body to the volume of that body. The S.I unit of density is kg/m³

From the question above,

D = m/v.............................. Equation 1

Where D = density, m = mass, v = volume.

Note: The volume of the liquid is equal to the volume of the height occupied by the liquid in the container

Since the tank is cylindrical,

v = πr²h........................ Equation 2

Where r = radius of the the tank, h = height of the liquid in the tank

Substitute equation 2 into equation 1

D = m/(πr²h)............... Equation 3

Given: m = 14014 kg, r = 1.35 m, h = 3.45 m, π = 3.14

Substitute into equation 3

D = 14014/(3.14×1.35²×3.45)

D = 14014/19.74

D = 709.93 kg/m³

777dan777 [17]

Answer:

The work done by the drag force is given by 29.96 J

Explanation:

Given :

Thrust force F = 12.3 N

Displacement d = 10.2 m

Mass of rocket m = 0.663 Kg

From work energy theorem,

  W = \Delta K

 W_{t} - Wd - W_{g} = KE

Where W_{t} = thrust work W_{g} = gravitational work

KE = 12.3 \times 10.2 -Wd - 0.663 \times 9.8 \times 10.2

KE = 59.2 -Wd

After cutoff kinetic energy is converted into potential energy,

KE = Wd' + mg\Delta h

Put value of KE

59.2 -Wd = Wd' + 0.663 \times 9.8 \times 4.5

Work done by drag force is given by,

Wd'+Wd =  59.2 -29.23

                 = 29.96 J

Therefore, the work done by the drag force is given by 29.96 J

What type of climate would be near cold ocean currents? PLEASE HELP QUICK!!
olya-2409 [2.1K]

Answer:

hot humid with lots of rain.

Explanation:

ocean currents act as conveyer belts of warm and cold water sending heat to the polar regions and helping the tropical areas cool off, thus influencing both weather and climate. the tropics are particularly rainy because heat absorption , and thus ocean evaporation, is highest.

A parallel-plate capacitor in air has circular plates of radius 3.0 cm separated by 1.1 mm. Charge is flowing onto the upper pla
Yuki888 [10]

Answer:

2 x 10^14 N/Cs

Explanation:

radius, r = 3 cm

Area , A = 3.14 x 3 x 3 = 28.26 cm^2 = 28.26 x 10^-4 m^2

d = 1.1 mm = 1.1 x 10^-3 m

i = 5 A

Let time be t and electric field strength is E.

Charge, q = i x t = 5 t

q = C V

q = C x E x d

5 t = \frac{\varepsilon _{0}A}{d}\times E\times d

E/t = \frac{5}{\varepsilon _{0}A}

E/t = \frac{5}{8.854\times 10^{-12}\times 28.26\times 10^{-4}}

E/t = 2 x 10^14 N/Cs
