Light year is a unit of measure of time that makes use of the speed of light and distance between objects to determine the number of years it will take for the light to travel. We can determine what element the object is made up of by the wavelength of the color.

 Before the collision:
 Momentum of the single cart: 1 * 0.50 = 0.50
 After the collision
 velocity = 0.25m / s
 1 * 0.25 + 1 * 0.25 =
 0.25 * (1 + 1) =
 0.25 * 2 =

 Now new momentum will be 0.5

when n1 is the refractive index of the first medium, while n2 is the refractive index of the second medium. In our case, n1=1.33 (the water) and n1=1.00 (the air). Putting numbers in, we get
\theta = \arcsin ( \frac{1.00}{1.33} )=49^{\circ}
