With a positive attitude you are more likely to have a positive outlook on life and will usually have a better lifestyle. If you have a negative attitude you are likely to lack this.

With a positive attitude towards things you are more willing to help out and do thing s better. Where as with a negative one you are less likely to wanna do things and your always usually in a bad mood <span />
