Answer:

Two objects are identical except that on is hotter than the other. Thus, when an equal force acts on them the hotter one will move faster or will get displaced more or stop slower than the other one. This is because the hotter object has comparatively more mobile particles than the other

Hope this helps!

John pushes a box with a constant force as shown in the graph below.
andrew11 [14]
From the graph, it can be seen that the constant force that John exerted in order to move the object is 14N. Work is calculated by multiplying the force with the distance to which the object moves in parallel with the direction of the force.
                                      Work = Force x displacement
                                      Work = (14 N) x (8 m)
                                        Work = 112 J
The closest value is 110J. Thus, the answer to this item is the second choice.

What is the mass, in grams, of a pure iron cube that has a volume of 3.70cm cubed?
Arlecino [84]
To determine the amount in grams of the iron, we need data on the density of iron. From literature, it has a value of p=7.9 g/cm3. We simply multiply the volume to the density. We do as follows:

mass = 3.70 (7.9) = 29.23 g Fe

Hope this answers the question. Have a nice day.

How is the path of the water particles near the water's surface different from the path near the ocean floor
swat32

Answer: Cold Ocean Currents: It is the layer of the ocean water which moves due to the stress of blowing the wind and this motion is thus called as Ekman Transport. Deep Water Currents: They constitute about 90% of the ocean water. They move around the ocean basin due to variations in the density and gravity.
