As we know that science is based upon logic. So the scientific theories have a logical reasoning behind them. So considering that in mind, scientific hypothesis include the motion of sailing rocks by animals, wind, flowing water, magnetic field, humans and gravity. The motion of the rocks by ghosts, God and magic are not scientific theories as we can not prove them logicaly.
