Answer:

Protons carry a positive electrical charge and they alone determine the charge of the nucleus. Adding or removing protons from the nucleus changes the charge of the nucleus and changes that atom's atomic number. For example, adding a proton to the nucleus of an atom of hydrogen creates an atom of helium.

i hope this helps!

Explanation:

Wind turbines generate electricity by following simple principle. Moving wind transfers energy to the to the blades of the wind mill which results in spinning of the blades. These blades are connected to internal shaft which also starts spinning. This spinning of shaft generates electricity which is further distributed to electrical substations to provide electricity to homes and businesses.

Step 1: Wind moves the blades of the turbine.

Step 2: Internal shaft spins

Step 3: Generator produces electricity

Step 4: Distribution lines carry electricity to substation

What volume will be occupied by 5.00 mol of a gas at 25°C and 0.500
atm pressure?"
fomenos

Answer:

The volume will be occupied is 244, 36L.

Explanation:

We convert the unit of temperature to celsius into Kelvin, then use the ideal gas formula, solve for V (volume) and use the gas constant R =0.082 l atm / K mol:

0°C=273K 25°C= 273 + 25=298K

PV=nRT ---> V=nRT/P

V= 5,00 mol x 0,082 l atm/ K mol x 298 K/0,500 atm

V=244,36L
