Conifers release pollen grains - this is the correct option.

Conifers use cones to house their seeds such as pine trees, firs etc and these reproduce using their cones. Its needles have a thick and waxy coating that retains more water than a regular leaf. They produce naked seeds. The pollen grains move from the male cone to the female cone of coniferous plants.

Fantom [35]

Answer:

The contrast in coloration was pivotal to determine if predators attack snakes based on their colors.

It was for studying MIMICRY in snakes.

Assuming all the.snakes were the same the number of attacks will not indicate anything about the effect of the colored rings.

This question on the need for provision of a controlled experiment during experimental investigation. Thus in order to test the effect of a particular condition, another contrasting condition must be provided to determine if the condition under investigation is the actual results obtaned or the influence of other factors in the environment or in the experiment.

The change in the color of the ring is the VARIABLE .In the artificial snake the variable is the presence of this coloed rings against its absence in this snake.

In mice, a male and female are mated, both with long ears. All female have long ears but half the males bave short ears and half
rjkz [21]

If you have both parents with long ears and some of the offsprings have short ears, you can say both parents are heterozygous for this. Both have a dominant (long ear), and a recessive allele (short ear).

To prove this, you can draw a Punnett square, and you'll see the probabilities of the offsprings.
