Answer:

17.09 Ω

Explanation:

First we find the voltage induced in the coil, using

E = NdΦ/dt........................... Equation 1

Where E = Induced voltage, N = Number of turns, dΦ = change in magnetic flux, dt = change in time/ Time interval

Give: N = 22 turns, dΦ = 13-2.5 = 10.5 Wb, dt = 0.052 s.

Substitute into equation 1

E = 22(10.5)/0.052

E = 4442.31 V.

Using Ohm's Law,

E = IR......................... Equation 2

Where I = current, R = Resistance of the wire, E = Voltage.

make R the subject of the equation,

R = E/I................. Equation 3

Give: I = 260 A, E = 4442.31 V

Substitute into equation 3

R = 4442.31/260

R = 17.09 Ω

A traditional unit of length in Japan is the ken (1 ken 1.97 m). What are the ratios of (a) square kens to square meters and (b)
Roman55 [17]
If 1 ken is 1.97 meter, then 1 square ken is 3.8809 square meters, and one cubic ken is 7.645373. As for the cylindrical tank, the volume of it would be 10.835 times the radius of the cylinder time 1.97^2 times pi. As you didn't specify the radius, I can't give the exact answer but that would be how to get it.

force F = 1.66 × 10^{-13} N

Explanation:

given data

proton and an electron = 865 nm

solution

we get here force that is express as

force F = k q1 q2 ÷ r²      ......................1

put here value and we get

force F = 9 × 10^{9} × \frac{1.6\times (10^{-19})^{2}}{865 \times (10^{-9})^{2}}

force F = 1.66 × 10^{-13} N

the object is in _________ when the vector sum of the force is acting on the object is equal to zero
Norma-Jean [14]

Answer:

Equilibrium

Explanation:

An object is in equilibrium when the vector sum of the force acting on the object is equal to zero.

A body in equilibrium is at state of rest of rest or in motion with no external force acting on it.

  • The resultant of all forces acting on the body is zero.
  • In this case there is no net force and the body will be at rest.

Which one has greater potential energy? An 8 kg rock sitting on a 2.2 m cliff or a 6 kg rock sitting on a 3.2 m cliff.
Evgesh-ka [11]

Answer: The 6 kg rock sitting on a 3.2 m cliff.

Explanation:

The potential energy of an object of mass M that is at a height H above the ground us:

U = M*H*g

where g is the gravitational acceleration:

g = 9.8m/s^2

Then:

"An 8 kg rock sitting on a 2.2 m cliff"

M = 8kg

H = 2.2m

U = 8kg*2.2m*9.8 m/s^2 = 172.48 J

"a 6 kg rock sitting on a 3.2 m cliff"

M = 6kg

H = 3.2m

U = 6kg*3.2m*9.8m/s^2 = 188.16 J

You can see that the 6kg rock on a 3.2m cliff has a larger potential energy.
