Based on these ideas, what are the pro's and con's for both Sexual Reproduction and Asexual reproduction?

Asexual
Pro:
1. inexpensive to make offspring (usually make a lot at a time and not invest a lot of time in raising them).
2. Do not need a mate to reproduce.
3. Can rapidly expand a population
Con:
1. genetically identical- prone to extinction because once a parasite has evolved to attack a specific genotype, it can kill them all.
2. Lineages usually don't last longer than a couple thousand years

Sexual:
Pros:
1. Genetically unique- so more likely to create a "successful" offspring
2. Lineages more likely to last hundreds of thousands of years

Cons:
1. More effort into creating offspring- require more parental effort
2. STD's- easily to pass
3. need to find a mate or else won't be successful as an organism.

The given chemical reaction is,

2KCl(s)\rightarrow 2K(s)+Cl_2(g)  \Delta H_1=873kJ

Now we have to determine the value of \Delta H for the following reaction i.e,

K(s)+\frac{1}{2}Cl_2(g)\rightarrow KCl(s) \Delta H_2=?

According to the Hess’s law, if we divide the reaction by half then the \Delta H will also get halved and on reversing the reaction , the sign of enthlapy changes.

So, the value \Delta H_2 for the reaction will be:

\Delta H_2=\frac{1}{2}\times (-873kJ)

\Delta H_2=-436.5kJ

Hence, the value of \Delta H_2 for the reaction is -436.5 kJ.

Ionic bonding would be the answer because they transfer electrons. This gives them a charge. If it loses electrons, it becomes an cation, with a positive charge. While if they gain an electron, they get a negative charge, and become a anion. Transferring an electron is losing or gaining, therefore your answer would be that since electrons are permanently being transferred, the answer is IONIC BOND.

Covalent bonds is a wrong answer because they share electrons, which gives them no charge (neutral). 

Also, metallic bonding is not the correct answer. 

So our final answer: A- Ionic bond
