Answer:

Food handlers are at high public risk for spreading pathogens if they don't properly serve the food by taking the proper measurements to keep it sanitary. Pathogens can be transmitted in a few ways depending on the type. They can be spread through skin contact, bodily fluids, airborne particles, contact with feces, and touching a surface touched by an infected person.

The nurse caring for a 24-year-old woman admitted with pneumonia explains how antibiotics work to help cure her pneumonia. Which
solong [7]

Answer:

The antibiotics should be taken correctly, respecting the times of take, the doses and the days of the treatment; otherwise the bacteria could not be eliminate and develop the disease again.

Explanation:

Pneumonia is an infection that settle in the lungs. They may affect the region of the pulmonary alveoli where the terminal branches of the bronchi and sometimes the interstices (space between one alveolus and the other) emerge.  Basically, pneumonia is caused by the penetration of an infectious or irritating agent (bacteria, viruses, fungi and allergic reactions) into the alveolar space, where gas exchange occurs. This location should always be very clean, free of substances that could prevent air from contacting the blood.  Some symptoms of the disease are: high fever, dry or yellowish or greenish cough, shortness of breath and difficulty breathing.

Treatment of pneumonia requires the use of antibiotics and improvement usually occurs within three or four days.

If the person begins to feel better and discontinues the treatment, theres a high chance for the bacteria to return with more resistance to the body, and may even aggravate the initial situation. The drug kills nonresistant bacteria, left over resistant ones.  So its important to not interrupt the treatment.

The F.I.T.T. Principle: Is used to help one's achieve fitness goal by working out the frequency of training sessions, intensity of different sessions, duration of sessions and the type of exercise in the session such as strength or endurance.

The Specificity Principle: Sports training should correspond to the sport the individual is training for to reach their desired goal.

The Rest and Recovery Principle: Mentions that people need time to rest and recover after vigorous training sessions.

The Use It or Lose It Principle: Implies that you need to workout certain body muscles if you want to maintain your muscle mass. If you stop working out as often as you used to you will lose muscle mass and it will take a longer period of time for your to build up the muscle mass that you lost.

UkoKoshka [18]

Answer:

Explanation:

From the question, Harry seem to have forgotten that It's the CO2 (carbondioxide) level not the O2 (oxygen)level that gives rise to the urge to breathe. That is to say that once the CO2 level in the blood is high, the brain will trigger a breathing response, that will cause the person(Harry) to try to gasp for air. Also, Harry is jeopardizing his time and life because Hyperventilation itself reduces the CO2 concentration of the blood to below normal level, this makes the bloods pH value to raise, this in turn causes the constriction of the blood vessels that supply the brain, and prevents the transportation of certain electrolytes necessary for the function of the nervous system.
