Answer:

New volume = 150 mL

Explanation:

Initial temperature, T₁ = 35°C

Initial volume, V₁ = 350 mL

We need to find the change in volume when the temperature drops to 15°C.

The relation between the temperature and the volume is given by Charle's law. Let new volume is V₂. It can be given by :

\dfrac{V_1}{T_1}=\dfrac{V_2}{T_2}\\\\V_2=\dfrac{V_1T_2}{T_1}\\\\V_2=\dfrac{350\times 15}{35}\\\\V_2=150\ mL

So, the new volume is 150 mL.

How do you solve Avogadro's law
Pani-rosa [81]
<span>Remember amount is measured in moles. Also, since volume is one of the variables, that means the container holding the gas is flexible in some way and can expand or contract. If the amount of gas in a container is increased, the volume increases. If the amount of gas in a container is decreased, the volume decreases.

What happens before the nucleus of the parent cell has divided into two new nuclear
MrRissso [65]
Before I get to the answer, I would recommend that you post biology questions under the biology category. You should get your answers more quickly that way :)
There are two things that happen before a parent cell divides:
1) DNA in the nucleus of the parent cell must replicate (this happens in the S phase of the cell cycle). If you're looking for a single answer to your question, then this is probably it.
2) Also, the cell must grow and some organelles (like the mitochondria) must also replicate before the parent cell divides. If organelles like the mitochondria did not replicate, then you would eventually end up with daughter cells that don't have enough mitochondria to support themselves.

Which of the three variables that apply to equal amounts of gases are directly proportional? which are inversely proportional?
Tems11 [23]
According to sources, the most probable answer to this query is relationship among variables is explained. Direct proportionality means that variables are similar in terms of magnitude, whereas indirect is the opposite.

156 g sample of steel has a volume of 20 mL what is the density of the steel sample
ivolga24 [154]

Answer:

The answer is

<h2>7.80 g/mL</h2>

Explanation:

The density of a substance can be found by using the formula

<h3>density =  \frac{mass}{volume}</h3>

From the question

mass of steel = 156 g

volume = 20 mL

The Density is

Density =  \frac{156}{20}  =  \frac{39}{5}

We have the final answer as

<h3>7.80 g/mL</h3>

Hope this helps you
