You can do this:
6 * ? = 48, ? = 8, so you multiply the five by 8 too, and you find that x = 40. Another method you can use would just to be to add 5 to the top and 6 to the bottom until the denominators equal each other.
Since the transformation occurring is rotation at 180
degrees about the origin, then the resulting image would be a reflection of the
original image. Additionally, since the rotation is 180 degrees, then there is
a movement of 2 quadrants for the corners A, B and C.
Therefore this would also mean that if point A is in
coordinate (x, y) then point A’ would be in coordinate (-x, -y). Similar is
true with point B and point C and their corresponding reflection corners point
B’ and point C’. So for example if point A is located at (-5, 3) then point A’
must be at (5, -3).
There is a way to work it out with a pencil and paper, but that's too complicated
to try and explain with only text, like we have here.
I don't usually recommend this for things that can be done easily on paper ...
but for square roots, your best bet is to use a calculator.
The square root of 30 does not come out even. It starts out 5.477225...
and it keeps going and never ends.
The negative of 5.477225... is also a square root of 30. Every number has
two square roots ... the positive and negative of the same number.

Hope this helps ;p have a nice day!

Steps to solve:
3(x - 1) = 5x + 3 - 2x
~Distribute left side
3x - 3 = 5x + 3 - 2x
~Combine like terms
3x - 3 = 3x - 3
~Subtract 3x to both sides
-3 = -3
~Add 3 to both sides
0 = 0
All real numbers are solutions.
Best of Luck!
