Explanation:

The atomic mass is 14, and the atomic number is 7. Knowing this, the atom must have 7 electrons. A and D are not correct because they both include a number that is not 7 if you add. B or C seem to be the best answers, I think it's B because C has the same number repeated twice in it. I might be wrong but I know that the answer has to be either B or C.
