Answer:

Equation done below

Explanation:

Chlorine has two naturally occurring stable isotopes which are 35Cl (75.77%) and also 37Cl (24.23%).. However, the mass of the 35Cl isotope is 34.96885 amu while that of the 37Cl isotope is 36.96590 amu

Now, to calculate the relative atomic mass, we will do it as;

A_r = (Mass of 35Cl × fraction of 35 Cl) + (Mass of 37 Cl × fraction of 37Cl)

A_r = ((34.96885 × 75.77) + (36.96590 × 24.23))/100

A_r = 35.4527 ≈ 35.453 amu

Wind blowing sediment against rock or land area or sand blasting is called
artcher [175]

The correct answer is - deflation.

The process of deflation can be caused by the winds. It is an erosive process in which the main role has the wind that is carrying lot of sediment in the shape of very small particles with it.

Through this process, the winds manage to erode large areas, especially in the drier places where the vegetation is very sparsely distributed. By this type of erosion, the winds manage to make lot of hollows that can range significantly in size. The hollows made by the deflation can be anywhere from few cm deep and several meters long, up to several km long and 50-60 meters of depth.

This is the process that is responsible for the creation of most of the oasis in the largest desert in the world, Sahara, some even being lowered enough to be under the sea level.

Suppose that 2.14 grams of H2SO4 is mixed with enough water to make 225 mL of solution. Determine the Molarity (M) of the soluti
Alik [6]

Answer:

0.0970 M

Explanation:

Remember this equation:

mol/M x V

Convert it so that you can get M.

M=mol/V

Convert the 2.14 grams of H2SO4 into mols

=0.0218

Convert mL to L

225/1000

=0.225

Plug it in.

0.0218/0.225

=0.0970 M

PLEASE HELP!!!!! - The table below shows some physical properties of two unknown samples.
attashe74 [19]

Extensive property is that which depends on the amount of matter in a sample. For example: mass, volume, size  are all extensive properties

Intensive properties are independent of the amount of matter. These include; boiling point, melting point, color and so on.

In the given examples:

Both sample A and B have the same volume (1000 ml) i.e. the same extensive property. However, they have different freezing points i.e. different intensive property.

Ans: D) The two substances are not the same because their intensive property is different.
