The formula to use is :

W = sqrt ( L/g )

Where

L = 67m

g = 9.8m/s^2

A = 5m

Substitute all the parameters into the formula

W = sqrt ( 67 / 9.8 )

W = 2.6

To get the maximum velocity, we use the below formula.

V = wA

V = 2.6 × 5

V = 13.07 m/s

Therefore the maximum speed of the sphere is 13.1 m/s approximately.
