Which type of landforms forms at the plate boundary as a result of this stress<br>
stealth61 [152]

Answer:

Landform: MID-OCEAN RIDGE Plate Boundary: DIVERGENT Type of Plates: 2 Oceanic Plates (OP) pull apart How is it formed? Two oceanic plates (OP) move away from each other, allowing magma to rise up from inside the Earth. The magma reaches the bottom of the ocean, turns in to lava and cools (forming new rock)

2CuO+2NH3------ 3Cu + 3H2O+ N2. Given that the relative molecular mass of copper oxide is 80, what volume of ammonia is required
Pani-rosa [81]

Volume of Ammonia(NH₃) = 22.4 L

<h3>Further explanation</h3>

Given

Reaction

3CuO+2NH₃⇒ 3Cu + 3H₂O+ N₂

<em>In the problem, the CuO coefficient should be 3 not 2</em>

M CuO = 80

mass CuO = 120 g

Required

The volume of NH₃

Solution

mol CuO :

\tt mol=\dfrac{mass}{M}\\\\mol=\frac{120}{80}\\\\mol=1.5

From the equation, mol ratio CuO : NH₃ = 3 : 2, so mol NH₃=

\tt \dfrac{2}{3}\times 1.5=1~mol

Assume at STP(0 °C, 1 atm) ⇒1 mol = 22.4 L, then volume of NH₃=22.4 L

Explain how lithium atom is positive charge
yulyashka [42]
Lithium is an element that has an electronic configuration of 2,1. So when forming bonds, it tries to release one of its electrons in the last shell to reach the octet state. Normally when atoms release electrons they get positive charge since the number of protons which bear positive charge, is higher than number of electrons which bear negative charge. So when reaching its octet state, lithium gains positive charge!

Hope this helps! Tbh am not good at explaining. If u have any doubts, ask me!

Grams needed to prepare the solution
erastovalidia [21]

Answer:

grams of solute = 31.5 g

Explanation:

Given data:

Grams of solute = ?

%m/v  = 3%

Volume = 1050 mL

Solution:

grams of solute = 3 g of NH₄Cl / 100 mL × 1050 mL

grams of solute = 0.03 g × 1050

grams of solute = 31.5 g

Calculate the moles of Cu in 7.4×1021 atoms of Cu.
IceJOKER [234]
1 moles -------- 6.02x10²³ atoms
 ?? moles ----- 7.4x10²¹ atoms

moles = 7.4x10²¹ / 6.02x10²³

 = 0.01229 moles

hope this helps!
