Answer:

They have different surface

Explanation:

Hi, apart from the fact that they have different shapes, they have another difference:

Even having the same mass and volume, the surface of two objects can be different

In an estimation:

Piece 1 (cube):

A=1.5 in * 1 in * 6 sides

A=9 in^2

Piece 2 (plate)

A=3 in * 6 in * 2 sides

A=36 in^2

This piece isn't perfectly rectangular but this gives you an idea of the difference of surfaces. Also, we didn't add the little surface of the sides.

Describe the relationship between potential and kinetic energy
pashok25 [27]

We know potential energy is position relative, and kinetic energy is motion relative. The primary relationship between the two is their ability to transform into each other. In other words, potential energy transforms into kinetic energy, and kinetic energy converts into potential energy, and then back again.
