Question: A 12 volt car battery is connected to a 3 ohm brake light. What is the current carrying energy to the lights?
Natali [406]

Answer:

4 A

Explanation:

V = IR, where V=voltage, I=current, R=resistance. This is Ohm's Law. (remember that for units V = volts, Ω = ohms, A = amperes.)

V = IR

12 V = I * 3 Ω

12/3 = I

I = 4 A

What is the effect of decreasing the use of fossil fuel on animals threatened by extinction?
Eduardwww [97]

Answer:

Decreasing the use of fossil fuels will improve the wellbeing of animals (and people, for that matter). Burning fossil fuels like coal and using oil and other limited resources has polluted the biosphere, and this has had an adverse impact on many animals. If we were to limit this, it would no doubt improve their situation and make them less likely to extinction.
