The first box is Acceleration
the second box is Speed
the third box is Speed
the fourth box is velocity
the fifth box is Speed.

The reason the first box is acceleration is because let's say you are about to go up a hill you need to add acceleration to make it up the hill, I was going to say speed but it wouldn't said what mph was.

The reason the second, third,and fifth box is speed is because it is telling up that an object is going _mph (the blank is where you put your estimate of speed of an object).

The reason the fourth box is velocity is because velocity is both magnitude and direction so in the fourth box it says that the race car made a slight left turn which is a direction that the car is going in.

Hope this helped :)

Acceleration ... speeding up, slowing down, or changing direction.
The roller coaster and the racecar.

Speed ... distance traveled and how much time it takes.
The cyclist and the athlete.

Velocity ... a speed AND its direction.
The geese.

A long, solid rod 5.3 cm in radius carries a uniform volume charge density. Part A If the electric field strength at the surface
Blizzard [7]

Answer:

\rho = 7.35\times \muC/m^3

Explanation:

given,

Radius of the solid rod, R = 5.3 cm

Electric field strength,E = 22 kN/C

Let the volume charge density be ρ

From Gauss law

  E = \dfrac{Rl}{2\epsilon_0}

 ε₀ is the permitivity of free space

  R is the radius of the rod

 and also,

\rho=\dfrac{2E\epsilon_0}{R}

ρ is the volume charge density

\rho=\dfrac{2\times 22\times 10^{3}\times 8.854\times 10^{-12}}{0.053}

\rho = 7.35\times 10^{-6}\ C/m^3

\rho = 7.35\times \muC/m^3

Hence, the volume charge density is equal to \rho = 7.35\times \muC/m^3

What is a sign of genetic mutation
ad-work [718]
A sign of genetic mutation is a missing finger or an extra limb of some sort. Also people who study the human genome can trace gene pairs that are not complete or mixed up which can  cause genetic mutations.

What is the value of the composite constant (Gme,/r2e) to be multiplied by the mass of the object mo, in equation below:
Sedbober [7]

To solve this problem we will apply the definitions given in Newtonian theory about the Force of gravity, and the Force caused by weight. Both will be defined below, and in equal equilibrium condition to clear the variable concerning acceleration due to gravity. Finally, with the values provided in the statement, it will be replaced.

The equation for the gravitational force between the Earth and the object on the surface of the Earth is

F_g = \frac{Gm_em_o}{r^2_e}

Where,

G = Universal gravitational constant

m_e = Mass of Earth

r_e= Distance between object and center of earth

m_o= Mass of Object

The equation for the gravitational pulling force on the object due to gravitational acceleration is

F_g = m_o g

Equation the two expression we have

m_o g = \frac{Gm_em_o}{r_e^2}

g = \frac{Gm_e}{r_e^2}

This the acceleration due to gravity which is composite constant.

Replacing with our values we have then

g = \frac{(6.67*10^{-11}N\cdot m^2/kg^2)(5.98*10^{24}kg)}{6378km(\frac{10^3m}{1km})^2}

g = 9.8m/s^2

The value of composite constant is 9.8m/s^2. Here, the composite constant is nothing but the acceleration due to gravity which is constant always.

When light bulbs A and B are connected in series to a battery, A glows brightly and B glows dimly. You remove bulb B so that the
torisob [31]

Answer:

The bulb B glows brighter.

Explanation:

Given that,

A glows brightly and B glows dimly.

According to ohm's law,

Two light bulbs A and B are connected in series to a battery then the current will be same in both bulbs and the resistance is high of bulb A and low in bulb B.

If bulb A connect to a battery and bulb B connect to a same battery separately.

Then bulb B glows brighter because the resistance is high in bulb A so the current will be low.

The resistance is low in bulb B so the current will be high.

Hence, The bulb B glows brighter.
