Answer:

becuase if there is no soda in bottle it gives gravity but if there is a soda in bottle it will sank becuase it is heavy and the water can no longer to give it a gravity. maybe I'm wrong

Answer:

hope will help you understand it :)

Explanation:

The difference in the amount of dissolved sweeteners leads to a difference in density. Cans of regular soda tend to be more dense than water, so they sink. Cans of diet soda are usually less dense than water, so they float.

What is the net work done on the 20kg block while it moves the 4 meters?
Vinil7 [7]

Answer:

The answer to your question is 784.8 J. None of your answer, did you forget some information?

Explanation:

Data

mass = 20 kg

distance = 4 m

work = ?

Formula

Work = force x distance

Force = mass x gravity

Process

1.- Calculate the weight of the block

     Weight = 20 x 9.81

     Weight = 196.2 N

2.- Calculate the work done

     Work = 196.2 x 4

     Work = 784.8 J

The direction of a natural process is indicated by which of the following? A. conservation of energy. B. change in entropy C. th
Afina-wow [57]

Answer:

The correct answer is option'B': Change in entropy

Explanation:

We know from the second law of thermodynamics for any spontaneous process the total entropy of the system and it's surroundings will increase.

Meaning that any unaided process will  move in a direction in which the entropy of the system will increase.It is because the system will always want to increase it's randomness

In order to rendezvous with an asteroid passing close to the earth, a spacecraft must be moving at 8.50×103m/s relative to the e
Mariulka [41]

Answer:

v₀ = 13.9 10³ m / s

Explanation:

Let's analyze this exercise we can use the basic kinematics relationships to love the initial velocity and the acceleration we can look for from Newton's second law where force is gravitational attraction.

    F = m a

    G m M / x² = m dv / dt = m dv/dx  dx/dt

    G M / x² = dv/dx   v

    GM dx / x² = v dv

We integrate

    v² / 2 = GM (-1 / x)

We evaluate between the lower limits where x = Re = 6.37 10⁶m  and the velocity v = vo and the upper limit x = 2.50 10⁸m  with a velocity of v = 8.50 10³ m/s

    ½ ((8.5 10³)² - v₀²) = GM (-1 /(2.50 10⁸) + 1 / (6.37 10⁶))

    72.25 10⁶ - v₀² = 2 G M (+0.4 10⁻⁸ - 1.57 10⁻⁷)

    72.25 10⁶ - v₀² = 2 6.63 10⁻¹¹ 5.98 10²⁴ (-15.3  10⁻⁸)

    72.25 10⁶ - v₀² = -1.213  10⁸

    v₀² = 72.25 10⁶ + 1,213 10⁸

    v₀² = 193.6 10⁶

    v₀ = 13.9 10³ m / s

Which layer of the atmosphere has the highest density?
fomenos

Answer:

The Troposphere is the lowermost portion of Earth’s atmosphere. It is the densest layer of the atmosphere and contains approximately 75 percent of the mass of the atmosphere and almost all the water vapor and aerosol. The troposphere extends from the Earth’s surface up to the tropopause where the stratosphere begins.

The 4.0 -kg head of an ax is moving at 3 m/s when it strikes a log and penetrates 0.01m into the log. What is the average force
Elina [12.6K]

Answer:

the average force the blade exerts on the log is 1791.05 N.

Explanation:

Given;

mass of the ax head, m = 4 kg

speed of the ax, v = 3 m/s

depth traveled into the log, d = 0.01 m

The time to traveled through the depth;

s = (\frac{u+v}{2} )t\\\\0.01 =  (\frac{0+3}{2} )t\\\\0.01 = 1.5t\\\\t = \frac{0.01}{1.5} \\\\t = 0.0067 \ s

The average force the blade exerts on the log;

F = ma=\frac{mv}{t} = \frac{4 \times 3}{0.0067} = 1791.05 \ N \\\\

Therefore, the average force the blade exerts on the log is 1791.05 N.
