Include a map with points where neon can be found.
nalin [4]
Here is some information: "Neon is a chemical element with symbol Ne and atomic number 10. It is in group 18 of the periodic table. Neon is a colorless, odorless, inert monatomic gas under standard conditions, with about two-thirds the density of air. It was discovered in 1898 as one of the three residual rare inert elements remaining in dry air, after nitrogen, oxygen, argon and carbon dioxide were removed. Neon was the second of these three rare gases to be discovered, and was immediately recognized as a new element from its bright red emission spectrum. The name neon is derived from the Greek word, νέον, neuter singular form of νέος, meaning new. Neon is chemically inert and forms no uncharged chemical compounds. The compounds of neon include ionic molecules, molecules held together by van der Waals forces and clathrates."

Also: "Neon is rare on Earth, found in the Earth's atmosphere at 1 part in 55,000, or 18.2 ppm by volume (this is about the same as the molecule or mole fraction), or 1 part in 79,000 of air by mass."

Also I only found one if that is okay but here it is: It is the place where it is a city and most people find most neon there.

What is the proper structure for 3-methylpentane? draw the molecule on the canvas by choosing buttons from the tools (for bonds)
Sergio039 [100]
Below is the structure of 3-Methylpentane. The word pentane in name specifies the parent chain which ends on -ane (alkane) and pent- shows number of carbon atoms is parent chain (pent=5). The position of substituent is specified at the start i.e. 3.

If a compound has a composition of 82% nitrogen and 18% hydrogen, what is the empirical formula for this compound
Damm [24]

Answer: The empirical formula for the given compound is NH_3

Explanation : Given,

Percentage of H = 18 %

Percentage of N = 82 %

Let the mass of compound be 100 g. So, percentages given are taken as mass.

Mass of H = 18 g

Mass of N = 82 g

To formulate the empirical formula, we need to follow some steps:

Step 1: Converting the given masses into moles.

Moles of Hydrogen = \frac{\text{Given mass of Hydrogen}}{\text{Molar mass of Hydrogen}}=\frac{18g}{1g/mole}=18moles

Moles of Nitrogen = \frac{\text{Given mass of nitrogen}}{\text{Molar mass of nitrogen}}=\frac{82g}{14g/mole}=5.8moles

Step 2: Calculating the mole ratio of the given elements.

For the mole ratio, we divide each value of the moles by the smallest number of moles calculated which is 5.8 moles.

For Hydrogen  = \frac{18}{5.8}=3.10\approx 3

For Nitrogen = \frac{5.8}{5.8}=1

Step 3: Taking the mole ratio as their subscripts.

The ratio of H : N = 3 : 1

Hence, the empirical formula for the given compound is NH_3

compare and contrast neap tides and spring tides discuss when they occur as well as the alignment of the earth moon sun system
seropon [69]
Spring tides is when the daily tidal range is greatest and neap tides are when the daily tidal range is the smallest. As for alignment, spring tides occur when the earth, moon, and sun are directly in alignment with each other. Neap tides occur when the earth is in alignment with the sun, but the moon is at a 90 degree angle from that
