Answer:i hope im not too late

Explanation:

4CO2 also known as 4CO2 is a chemical compound occurring as an acidic colorless gas with a density about 53% higher than that of dry air. Carbon dioxide molecules consist of a carbon atom covalently double bonded to two oxygen atoms. It occurs naturally in Earth's atmosphere as a trace gas. It also helps trap earths heat inside the earth so i doesnt escape back to outer space.

Hello so my question is if some metals can change into a gas can tin and platinum turn into a gas too?
Morgarella [4.7K]

Answer:

Platinum is a greyish-white metal of high lustre, and is very malleable and ductile. It melts in the oxy-hydrogen blowpipe and in the electric furnace; it is harder than gold and is a good conductor of electricity. In finely divided form it has the ability to absorb or occlude gases

Which statement best describes an igneous intrusion?
Andrew [12]
D. Magma is injected into surrounding rock forming an igneous intrusion.

3. What effect does dark energy have on the universe?
sladkih [1.3K]
Dark energy and dark matter seem over analyzed, although they are no different than gravity and wind. Dark energy can be the pulling caused by black holes, stars, and large planets. Dark matter also is just the effect of cosmic dust and debris pushed from explosions but also pulling caused by distant gravitational bodies.

Lead (II) carbonate decomposes to give lead (II) oxide and carbon dioxide: PbCO 3 (s) PbO (s) CO 2 (g) ________ grams of lead (I
blsea [12.9K]

Answer:

We will have 7.30 grams lead(II) oxide

Explanation:

Step 1: Data given

Mass of lead (II)carbonate = 8.75 grams

Molar mass PbCO3 = 267.21 g/mol

Step 2: The balanced equation

PbCO3 (s) ⇆ PbO(s) + CO2(g)

Step 3: Calculate moles PbCO3

Moles PbCO3 = mass / molar mass

Moles PbCO3 = 8.75 grams / 267.21 g/mol

Moles PbCO3 = 0.0327 moles

Step 4: Calculate moles PbO

For 1 mol PbCO3 we'll have 1 mol PbO and 1 mol CO2

For 0.0327 moles PbCO3 we'll have 0.0327 moles PbO

Step 5: Calculate mass PbO

Mass PbO = moles PbO * molar mass PbO

Mass PbO = 0.0327 moles * 223.2 g/mol

Mass PbO = 7.30 grams

We will have 7.30 grams lead(II) oxide
