Precipitation from the sky to the earth can come in several forms. Four types are: 1) Rain 2) Snow 3) Sleet (think of a more liquidity slushy snow) 4) Hail (pretty much solid chunks of ice)

Substance X is in a chamber (Chamber 1) containing 10L of fluid. The concentration of substance X in this chamber is 100mmol/L.
Sidana [21]

Answer:

Explanation:

concentration of substance X in chamber 1 = 100 mmol/L

total volume of chamber 1 = 10 L

total mass of substance X in chamber 1 = 100 x 10 mmol = 1000 mmol .

When the two chamber is joined , total volume of both the chamber

= 10 L + 5 L = 15 L .

In the volume of 15 litre , substance x is uniformly distributed because it is permeable .

concentration of substance X = mass of X / total volume = 1000 mmol / 15

= 66.67 mmol / L

Hence ,

"The concentration of Substance X in Chamber 2 will never exceed 66mmol/L."

If jim exerts a force of 2.0 N on a shopping cart, what force does the shopping cart exert on jim?
zloy xaker [14]
There are two possibilities for this question:
1- The shopping cart is at rest (not moving):
In this case:
∑Forces = 0
Force exerted by Jim + Force exerted by cart = 0
2 + Force exerted by cart = 0
Force exerted by cart = -2

2- The cart is moving as a result of a net force "m":
In this case:
∑Forces = m
Force exerted by Jim + Force exerted by cart = m
Force exerted by cart = m-2

What statement is true about the part of the electromagnetic spectrum that is visible to the human eye?
Alja [10]
Based on the options above, I see how the last option would actually be most fitting to how "the part of the electromagnetic spectrum that is visible to the human eye". This would be in separate parts, which would be divided into a certain number, which would actually be only 7 ranges of wavelengths. And therefore, this last statement would actually go very well and it would actually be the correct answer. And this would all relate to how the part of the electromagnetic spectrum that is visible to the human eye, it's based on it's own 7 division parts that it has.

Your answer: \textsf{It is divided into seven ranges of wavelengths}
